Elwise is a Google Business Profile management agency. The information on this Website describes our services, which include:

The information on this Website is for general informational purposes only. Actual service delivery, pricing, timelines, and scope are governed by separate client service agreements entered into between Elwise and the client.

3. Eligibility

Our services are designed for businesses and business representatives. By engaging our services, you represent that you are an authorised representative of the business on whose behalf you are acting and that you have the authority to enter into agreements and grant access to the business's Google Business Profile.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Elwise uses AI-powered tools as part of our service delivery. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI is used to assist in drafting review responses, creating content for Google Business posts, and generating performance insights.
  • All AI-generated content is reviewed and approved by our human team before publication on your Google Business Profile.
  • AI-generated outputs are suggestions and assistive tools. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.
  • Elwise does not guarantee specific outcomes from AI-assisted services, including but not limited to review ratings, search rankings, or customer engagement metrics.
  • You retain the right to review and reject any AI-generated content before it is published on your behalf.

5. Google Business Profile Management

When you engage Elwise to manage your Google Business Profile, the following terms apply:

  • You grant Elwise permission to access, edit, and manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf for the duration of our service agreement.
  • Elwise will manage your profile in accordance with Google's Third-Party Policies. Please see our Third-Party Disclosure page for details.
  • You will be notified of all material changes made to your profile within 48 hours.
  • You may discontinue our services at any time. Upon termination, we will remove all access permissions and return full control of your profile within 7 business days.
  • Elwise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Business Profile is a product of Google LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Elwise or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent. The Elwise name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Elwise.

7. User Representations

By using this Website, you represent that:

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
  • You will not use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Google search rankings and Business Profile performance are determined by Google's algorithms, which are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking positions, review volumes, or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Elwise, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of the Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Elwise for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elwise and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or any inaccurate information you provide.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Elwise. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
